My stay at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the location is really good, offering stunning views of Lake Monona and close proximity to downtown attractions. However, the hotel was definitely understaffed during my visit, which resulted in less-than-ideal service. The dining experience could have been better, with some issues at the restaurant that reflected poor management.

The hotel's location was perfect, being just a block away from the Capitol and surrounded by fantastic dining options.
